"This stay was a homecoming for me, since my parents had lived right on the St. Lawrence, and nearly the entirety of my late mom's family still live nearby. The area is largely agricultural, with many dairy farms and green pastures. It is a truly beautiful part of NY State and we were very much looking forward to getting back there to visit. "We stayed for the Tall Ship Festival and the location was great. Shuttle straight from the hotel is an excellent bonus. Breakfast was good but small things would have madenit great. Coffee was very weak and there was no cream. Had to take milk from cereal pitcher as no milk for coffee was provided. Apples were not fresh and we were told they were "sold out" of yogurt with breakfast still available for another 2 hours. These small issues did not by any means ruin our stay though. "Loved the remodeled bank! At first we didn’t know what to expect bc there wasn’t a traditional check in and there doesn’t seem to be anyone manning the place but we ended up loving it. The place could use an ice machine. "
