"Us: 6 men in the 60s looking for a nice home for our annual summer getaway weekend. Home (inside): Very nice! Excellent flow throughout the house. Nice size kitchen, dining area and family room. Well appointed and furnished nicely. Bedrooms: Excellent variety of bedrooms and sleeping locations. Master bedroom/bathroom is very nice and large. Stairs: Not good. Sturdy but not up-to-code and difficult for tall people. Home (outside): Needs quite a bit of weed-whacking and cleanup. Needs better...

"Lots of space to spread out. Fully equipped family home with full kitchen, cooking supplies, etc. It was wonderful to sit outside at night and look at the stars. It is in a small neighborhood but the other houses are not really visible. Do note that you'll need to drive 20 - 30 min to get to stores, restaurants, etc."

"Very unique property centrally located to explore the Catskills area. Kingston is a nice little town with a lot of great restaurants. You can hike in the adjacent state park along the Hudson from the property or hike in the Catskills 30 minutes out. Quiet relaxing property. "
