"If rustic charm is on your bucket list, the Kittle House is brimming it….older floorboards, wooden beams, and a copper ceiling in the taproom. There are modern amenities alongside older fixtures….that plumbing (3/4”?) provides a powerful shower! We stayed during the holidays, and the inn was decorated beautifully. Continental breakfast included. This hotel services an area in Westchester that has few options for lodgings. Fortunately, this inn is a wonderful option."

"We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. "

"Location was perfect for this simple abode!"

"The property worked well for our family and everything went smoothly. My only complaint is that the highway is quite close and the noise is not what I'd have liked to hear while drifting off to sleep. Obviously there is nothing that can be done about this....just fair warning for those thinking of staying."

"The property is lovely and the home spacious. Unfortunately we found the home not to be maintained well or properly cleaned. There was significant mold in the master bath shower, dirty and torn upholstery, stained sheets and rugs, dirty pots and pans, dirty shelves, holes in walls, hanging fixtures, dirty bug filled window sills, loose faucets, non working tub sprayer, dirty outdoor furniture and many more issues. When we voiced concerns to the host we were told to vacate immediately and had no...

"This is a small cabin located down a slight hill from the owner's house. They did a wonderful job of clearing out trails behind the property throughout the woods, between cabin and the road. The town of Chappaqua is beautiful and located close by, with any amenities you may need. The cabin is modified from an old stone and log structure and had all the basics you will need for a rustic retreat. Joanne was very friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy seeing guests have a pleasant stay."
