"My friend and I were excited to get away during the New years week. We got everything from warm mid 40s to 6 inches of snow and low 20s. We were looking for a cozy cabin with a fireplace/stove and some outdoors for our dog. This was exactly what we wanted. I was able to do some excellent trout fishing nearby and some great hikes on DEC trails in State Forests, which were right up the road. "This place was amazing! It was just the right size for 2 people, but had the added loft area for other guests if needed. The bed was super comfy and cozy! We loved the location! It was very secluded, but yet 5 minutes from groceries, gas, or places to eat. We could walk and fish right on the property. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, wildlife, making food on the grill, having fires in the fire pit, and relaxing on the big, covered porch. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Absolutely enchanting property!Every detail of this property was perfect! The home itself was beautiful and wonderfully interesting. The house was clean and comfortable, and anything that we could anticipate was laid out in the guest binder. The surrounding property was also serene. "Would recommend to anyone. Our family stayed here in 2014. Upgrades on furniture since then we're great. Beds were all comfort, which is huge for us since we used them all.
