"Place was exactly as described, with beautiful river access near stilesville. You can catch nice brown trout right out in front of the cabin! Please catch and release, and if new to fishing research proper fish handling practices. Smash your barbs. Only thing would be that when you cook, there is no fan above the stove- so the ventilation could be better. Recommend just using the grill outside when possible."

"This is a nice, historic farmhouse on a stream right outside of Hancock, NY. Centrally located for drift boat trips on the West Branch and Mainstem. Although it is on a two lane road, the backyard is very private and the large windows give a great view of the stream."

"Scott & Ann were both super communicative. All pictures matched the property, and our stay was perfect. With the snow over the weekend, Scott was nice enough to plow the driveway for us on the Sunday morning. Everything was great! We used the firepit, the sleds, the pool table. Only downside is no cell coverage in the area, but WiFi was enough for us! They had Roku, lots of games, and plenty of space to accommodate my group of 22 people.
