"The entire property is in a state of disrepair. The spa wasn’t open. The pool wasn’t open. The sauna wasn’t open. The restaurant wasn’t open. The tennis court appeared to be totally overgrown. A walkway bridge had collapsed.
If u want to experience a historic property in faded glory next to the Hudson River with fallen trees littering the walkways, without amenities, this is the stay for you."

"Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money "

"The place was clean. Only two issues. Septic smell in the bathroom. Children running around the floor above was very loud. Especially in the early morning."

"No respetaron la reservación. Cuando llegamos habían sobrevendido cuartos y la gente estaba afuera intentando conseguir algo. Cuando hablamos a hoteles.com nos consiguieron otro cuarto pero era de la misma cadena así que tampoco respetaron las reservas. Afortunadamente Hoteles.com nos consiguió otro cuarto."
