"The location of this spot of very unique! Our teen boys really enjoyed kayaking the bay and caught lots of fish close to the house. We enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the area. I do wish I knew ahead of time that you need to bring your own water for cooking. There is water at the bathhouse and camper but both are lake water. We had to run into town to get water for cooking so that we didn’t use all of our drinking water and it was a bit inconvenient not knowing ahead.The outside shower did...

"We had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed cabin. It truly had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Even with the snow falling, we spent our evenings building cozy fires in the outdoor pit and enjoying the hot tub. When we weren't outside, the basement TV made for perfect movie nights. The highlights of our trip, however, were the breathtaking sunsets over the lake, which we watched daily from the spacious living room. "Absolutely amazing property. Peaceful setting. We saw multiple deer running through the back yard and our dog had a field day watching them. We absolutely loved the home, it was clean and very well stocked. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the soaking tub at night. We are planning to head back to the area in the future and will definitely plan on staying here again."

"We had a great time at the cabin, and Hickory and Black Lakes. Caught lots of fish, and enjoyed hiking. The host was very responsive to any communication, even repairing the internet satellite antennae the same day it became damaged. Loved the porch, as one day an eagle flew by the windows just a few feet away. Enjoyed the evening sounds of the bullfrogs and loons. I very nice and relaxing getaway!"

"This is a trap for parking. When we arrive at 1am, the lady at front desk wearing a security shirt told us we could “park anywhere we want to”. When we finally want to move our vehicle the next day, there is a 25 dollars parking ticket on it. We went to the front desk , they said they can’t do anything about it. Instead, they asked us to go to the campus security. When we finally find the campus security office, a different lady wearing the same security shirt last night at 1am, refused to...
