"Location in Phoenix is excellent with great views of the canal and a porch to watch the boats float by. Easy to throw a paddleboard in for morning exercise. The unit itself is older and has some rough edges, questionable electrical, but was very clean and the furnishings are mostly new. We had an issue with water and AC units which Robert quickly fixed for us. The neighbors above were very loud, not their fault - the building floors are thin and you hear every movement.
