"Beautiful unique property - couldn’t have asked for a better atmosphere for the perfect relaxing girl’s trip getaway!"

"Beautiful house. Very clean and organized. Would return. Thank you!!"

"Property was a bit rustic, but an inexpensive option for direct access to Lake Cayuga. Faucet water carried a pungent odor when we first arrived due to high mineral content, but dissipated after use. Septic system was functional. Great internet access given location. Was able to reach Ithaca in about an hour, the Syracuse State Fairgrounds in about an hour and a half. Convenient access to three wineries in a half hour’s drive and a brewpub. Quiet space in a neighborhood of friendly people."

"The house has plenty of space. It is on a quiet part of the lake but close to wineries, breweries and Aurora, NY. Easy to make an afternoon trip to Canandaigua, Ithaca, Geneva, Skaneatles etc."

"Great stay! Very clean and amazing hospitality. They’ve thought of every detail. The drive to the house is definitely an adventure-I would try to arrive during daylight hours to get the hang of navigating it the first time. The sunset view and peaceful quiet were amazing. "

"Kishan is a courteous responsive host. Booking was confirmed promptly and message replies were timely. This is a cute cottage conveniently located near Long Point State Park (walking distance) and The Inns of Aurora (short drive to restaurant / spa). Also close to King Ferry Corner Store, a quaint shop for groceries / supplies / some local artisan items. Kitchen has dishes/cooking supplies necessary for meal prep and had a well-stocked pantry with cooking oil, spices, and some basic staples....

"We were there for a long weekend and a wedding at the Inn of Aurora. The location cannot be beat with easy walking to all events. The host Jacci is great and very supportive and easy to work with. The place is clean, came well provisioned and tastefully regionally and historically designed. "

"We had a great weekend at this cottage! The covered under porch, screened in side porch and views from every window were great! Hope to rent again next summer!"

"Beautiful porch facing the lake and wonderful sunsets. The road in and out is cumbersome but worth it. Everything I could need was here to cook and clean with. Loved every minute. Hope to come back.We rented kayaks and fished a little. Thanks for this wonderful stay"

"Beautiful sunsets on the screen porch! Very nice space for a family."

"We loved the property! The kitchen was stocked with everything as if you were in your own kitchen. The dock was great and the views were gorgeous. With the two buildings there was privacy for everyone."

"Great setup for extended family attending a family wedding"

"This obviously well-loved home was a great place for our extended family to stay during Cornell graduation weekend. It’s about a 35 min drive to campus, but we loved having lots of space to ourselves, the beautiful lake view, the cozy screen porch to hang out on, the fire pit to gather around, and a well stocked kitchen to help us with our meals (pro tip — we ordered from Wegman’s catering menu so we didn’t have to cook dinners). The home is well stocked, had lots of hot water for the 9 of us,...

"Great property on the lake with excellent amenities"

"Very clean, host very responsive to all questions. Fenced yard is great for dogs.Check-in extremely easy.Host left complimentary snacks and wine from the local winery. Lots of lovely "extras" provided by owner (smores packages, dog bowls/toys, etc).Wonderful location as well.Overall, great property and exactly as advertised."

"So well maintained and appointed. These people know exactly how to host renters. First of all, it is immaculate. It is so well decorated and comfortable. Appliances are functional and spotless. It is so tasteful. No junk and Knick knacks. They thought of everything including umbrellas by the doorway. The three season porch was a dream. Plenty of towels, closets, extra toilet paper and paper towels complete the picture. The village with great restaurants is steps away."
