"Great weekend get away. Quiet location but location was perfect between two lakes. Not to far from Keuka College. "

"I just have to say that Gary and Dawn offer up a pc of heaven with this cabin and property. Whether you’re staying for just a couple of nights like we did or longer it is just so peaceful, cozy, and has everything you really need. We were in town to visit the Naples grape festival and to be honest we both couldn’t wait to leave the festival and get back to the cabin to just relax and play our scrabble on the back porch! The communication with Gary and Dawn anytime we had a question was amazing!...

"House was amazing decorated beautifully with tranquil colors. Basement space and deck added extra relaxation areas. Kitchen was fully equipped to enjoy a meal after a day of visiting local wineries/breweries. Beds were comfortable location is also perfect.... close enough to downtown area but located in a peaceful area with a favorite winery and brewery located 1 mile away. Cant wait to return! "

"The Barn and Barrel is a beautifl property which makes you feel right at.home. Everything is top notch with great amenities for your comfort. We loved our stay and will definitely visit again in the future. "

"Everything was Great. Had a nice Long Weekend, being right on the lake was Fantastic. The back porch was amazing too just relax and see and listen to the lake. The local area was great, the Blue Eagle Bar was Awesome as well as Y Knot, a small Pizza and market, the people were very nice and the food was Great, would definitely recommend the house and those places to dine. "

"Loved the cabin and property, the grandkids had so much fun exploring outside! We did not use the hot tub or even spend much time at the cabin as our daughter got married at Crispin Hill and we were super busy running the whole weekend. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great location a short walk from Keuka College's nice little beach head, where we swam, kayaked, and played games, and a quick drive to restaurants and shops in Penn Yan. Plenty of bed space for our 4 kiddos and some toys and games to keep them occupied. Clean and comfortable, and lots of helpful instructions for appliances and lights posted throughout the house. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back through!"
