"Lodge style accommodation. No A/C or ceiling fan, so the room was a bit stuffy for sleeping. Rear window screen was broken, so could only use the front and bathroom windows for ventilation. Room was clean, provided shampoo but no conditioner. Bed and pillows okay. Probably would not stay here again during warm months due to lack of a/c or ceiling fan."

"This home is a history lesson. Built more than 100 years ago, you see hand-hewn beams supporting the second floor, floors made up of varying-width boards, rooms large enough for their intended purpose without empty space. We were both intrigued and overwhelmed by the vast differences in home building then and now. That era saw families and neighbors coming together to fill a need. Everyone pitched in, bringing whatever expertise they had, to get the job done. All of the basics are provided,...

"It was exactly what it says , the pictures are exactly what it seems , just like the picture shows the loft is not big , it is exactly how it looks. ,beautiful. Decor was very cozy , deck was great . Jackie was very easy to communicate with. She was one of the best hosts I ever had . Loved it"
