"We were very lucky to find this cottage so near to all we wanted to do for our week in April. We had some work to get done in the area, and our daughter attended a spring break day camp in the area for each day of the week. When we wanted to go out to eat, the area restaurants were excellent; but I was also able to cook (and grill) each night that we wanted to save money and stay in. "The three of us really enjoyed our stay at this pretty, well-appointed house. It had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable, living room was a great place to sit and talk together at the end of a long day. We should have lit a fire, and used the hot tub - not enough time in our schedule!"

"We had a lovely stay in Pine Plains. Everything with the unit was as described. The only thing I’ll mention is that if you’re traveling in the summer, the AC is only in the living room and is very loud. "

"We stayed in this house last year and liked it so much we went back again. Three of us stayed very comfortably - two of us sharing a room with the twin beds, and the 3rd getting her own big bed. We spent time sitting around the kitchen table as well as hanging out in the living room. We had everything we needed, very easy and cozy. "Could not have gone much better. The place is lovely. Plenty of space indoor and out for our whole group to gather but also nice little nooks for smaller conversations. Whole family had a great time. Super clean, chef kitchen, huge yard for frisbee and bocce."
