"Cuando fui hacer el check in no habia nadie que nos atendiera….de hecho nunca lo vimos…lo llamamos por el cel y solo nos indicó que nuestro cuarto era el 8 y que subieramos por la escalera….donde solo se escuchaba una música de fondo….mi experiencia fue terrorífica que abandonamos el lugar inmediatamente….jamás nadie nos atendió "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and more spacious than I had expected. Modern/updated bathroom amenities (toilet, sink, shower) and television (with hulu/netflix/etc). Front desk is virtual so the only employees I saw were the cleaning staff on Sat/Sun morning. Rooms don't have central heating, so I wish I had known that portable room heaters would be on a first-come, first-served basis huddled around the (empty) front desk.
