"Very good"

"This is a beautiful home close to the Lake and surrounding Lake front restaurants. Great spots to relax and unwind. The Host is very responsive and ensures that you all set up for your time there. Will definitely book here again our next visit up.Thank you!!"

"Beautiful property directly across from the beach! Very clean with all the latest amenities! Communication with host excellent! Clear, concise and responsive! Would certainly rent there again "

"Beautiful location. Great for relaxing. Wish we had more time there."

"Everything was just as listed but even better in person. Photos don't do justice to the charm and beauty of the whole place. So many friendly people living nearby, including Ken! Getting the history of the house was fascinating. We had very minor questions and Ken took care of them quickly as he was next door. He was extremely respectful of our privacy! We rarely saw him. The upstairs tenants were very respectful too. The place was very well kept with working necessities. All furniture was...

"It was a nice addition to the Orange House as we had a large family. It was great for a short stay. However, there is a terrible odor to the garbage cans which sit right in front of the house. It isn't a very nice greeting to the home. Pool is excellent."

"The property itself had significant issues that made our stay very disappointing. There was an infestation of flies, moths, and evidence of rodents inside the home. This was not an occasional insect or two—the fly problem in particular was substantial enough that it interfered with our ability to comfortably use the property. Before booking, I specifically requested confirmation that the driveway and parking situation would accommodate my vehicle while towing a boat. I was assured it would. When...

"Perfect spot for family in town for the Fredonia graduation "

"The cottage was really cute and clean except for the kitchen. The outside of the fridge looked liked it was wiped down with a grease rag (inside was clean), there was some splatter throughout the front of the cupboards, the stovetop and inside of the oven were very dirty and filmy. The cooking pot & lid I had to wash before I used it, they were very filmy as well. Not sure if the kitchen was missed being cleaned or not. The shower head squirts water that I had to put a washcloth behind the...

"Beautiful beach location"

"The townhome was beautiful, clean, and service excellent. Location was aslo fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying here, and will plan on doind so again next time we return!"

"It was a nice place to stay in that it was local to where we needed to be. It is an older home but is very comfortable and clean. The pool was nice and we enjoyed that. I would suggest the garbage cans be relocated as they smelled horrible every time we needed to come and go from our cars."

"Everything is great the home is exactly and described and then some. Quiet peaceful and all around perfect. Plan to try and stay here again when visiting"

"This is a lovely place. Very clean. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen! Super close to the beach! You must see the sunrise and sunset!"
