"Outside: The curbing and walks were literally falling apart. Inside: The clerk demanded verification of my service dog that the law says I do not have to provide. The carpets in the hallways are dirty, stained and smell bad. There was no coffee made for guests as was stated on a sign at the counter. In the two nights I was there, I only saw 3 cars/trucks besides mine. I guess others knew what I found out the hard way...DON'T go there ever again!"

"This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me."

"There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....

"This is convenient to I 81 and close enough to small restaurants and store to make easy access and the location itself seems like a secluded fairy cottage. Very nice indeed for a good nights rest."
