"Great stay in this historic location! Room was clean and comfortable, but be prepared to step back in time! We were in room 206 with a great back door onto a patio overlooking the pool. We were in town so my wife could be an exhibitor at the Berkshires Art Festival. The included breakfast was incredible! But so you know it was about a mile down the road at the Southfield Store. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. "I’ve stayed at this property several times including before it changed management. We have always enjoyed everything about it. My only strong suggestion is that there is better signage out by the highway. You do not see the hotel or the sign until you get very close to the turn and it is a very busy highway. Making a right hand turn is dangerous especially if you have not been there before."
