"The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."

"Used for our 12U baseball tournament at Cooperstown Breams Park. 8 minute drive in reverse traffic. Wouldn’t classify as a luxury stay but perfect for a place to sleep while going to baseball games. Comfortable and large backyard perfect for whiffle ball games. 1 king bed with pull out sofa and air mattress. A/C was sufficient. "Comfortable, great owner, a touch on the small side. Lots of plant growth over the sidewalk to the front door (& my husband is allergic to bees). Much rain created standing puddles on stairs to our entrance, so that was a bit tricky. Bedroom window had no working blinds on the bottom half, so we covered the window with newspaper so the bright light would not wake us."

"My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners did a great job of communicating. The house and the property were very nice. My only critique was I found the cooktop in the kitchen to be outdated. It was fine for heating a pot but the small grates made it clumsy to cook using multiple pans."
