"飛行機が遅れ、深夜の3時過ぎにホテルに到着しましたが、問題なくチェックイン出来ました。チェックアウトも、早朝5時でしたが、問題ありませんでした。朝食はつけませんでしたが、1泊目の朝食をサービスしてくれました。オムレツが美味しかったです。テレビもロシアの番組が見れて良かったです。"

"I would not class it as a 5 start hotel. There were issues with elevators, so it always took ages to get one. Breakfast - super basic and pastries not always fresh. Two nights I had sudden weird sounds come very loud - one was the internet related, other not even sure what. It would wake you up, that’s how loud it was. "

"Ulan bator is a crazy city, so you cant expect a hotel like this in a neighborhood like that. the hotel its very very goood, great service, kind people, very helpfull.... the location is like whatever, but ist relative close to the main square, and you have a convinience store very close. internet do not work very good at night."

"シャワーが壊れていて水自体が出ませんでした。トイレも明らかに掃除されていなかったです。トランジットで遅くに着いて朝早くにホテルを出発だったので諦めてホテルスタッフには何も言いませんでした。 しかしチェックインのスムーズなところと、前日にタクシーを頼んでおいたらしっかり手配をしておいてくれて、更に値段も相場よりも少し安い価格(空港タクシーの値段に対して)でした。 スタッフの親切なところなどは高評価です。"
