"**BEWARE**THIS IS A FISHING SHACK IN A FISHING SHACK NEIGHBORHOOD ON THE BAYOU IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE FLORIDA!! DO NOT STAY!!! THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS ALL MALE. I TOOK MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER HERE. THE PLACE HAD OPENED LIQUOR BOTTLES, DIRTY LAUNDRY, DIRTY SHOES HANGING ON THE BATHROOM DOOR. EVERYTHING WAS GREASY WITH PET HAIR STUCK TO IT. MY DAUGHTER HAD AN IMMEDIATE ASTHMA ATTACK WHEN SHE ENTERED THIS SHACK FULL OF PET HAIR. THE GROUNDS HAD KNEE HIGH GRASS(UNABLE TO SEE DANGEROUS SNAKES)AND THE DECK...

"This place is right in the middle of everything to do in Steinhatchee. Best place I've stayed so far and we travel there multiple times a year. The dock on the river was so convenient for parking our boat every night. We will definitely be booking again"

"The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."
