"Nowhere can I find where it alerts you to the fact that the restaurant is closed on a Sunday. This was the major attraction of using this basic accommodation. I did find afterwards in small print that the reception would only be open from 6-8 in the evening. The security chap eventually opened up at 6.15 after some helpful French people went round the back and shouted at him that there were people waiting. The room is small and has a very strong plastic/paint smell. I wouldn't stay again."

"Maison très agréable et très au calme avec grand jardin (trop tôt dans la saison pour profiter de la piscine mais elle faisait envie !).Juste un point a noter : la cuisine est un peu juste peut-être surtout si vous êtes 12 (nous étions 5) avec un four un peu juste. Mais si vous êtes en pleine saison, il y a plancha et barbecue !"

Départ inapproprié par le propriétaire, qui a pris la décision après 2 jours agréables avec plusieurs échanges, d'insister qu'il n'est pas un hôtel et qu'il acceptera que un paiement pour 2 chambres et 2 nuits en liquide. "We had a wonderful time here with our 2 girls, loads for them to do and play with in the garden and the pool was perfect and very well looked after. Nathalie is an excellent host, the best we have had before. The gite had everything we could have needed, perfectly clean and it stayed wonderfully cool in the hot sun. We definitely hope to be back. "

"It was very lovely to meet the hosts they were very accommodating. We were visiting for a wedding and had an infant so needed a pool as it was over 35 degrees. Whilst the cottage was very pretty, because it was so warm, it wasn’t very enjoyable and we really needed a fan or something to help with the heat. So we didn’t get much sleep due to the heat and having no fan. "
