Guests often need to redial or remind the staff multiple times for basic requirements. Overall, the experience wasn’t very impressive considering the cost. There are better hotel options available nearby that provide more value for money."

"This place is fantastic. I don’t know what people are complaining about. It’s clean, the staff is great, and it just has a great almost luxurious atmosphere. Of course, it’s not too many western standards I suppose, but there’s nothing more I could want! The pool is seasonal, but other than that, I have no complaints. And the restaurant on the first floor is amazing."
