"really comfortable stay - the cottage is cosy but has high ceilings so no banged heads and it doesn't feel cramped. beds really comfy. fantastic location - amazing walks from outside the front door. lovely pub in the village down the hill. and the owners run the tea room next door so left us a lovely plate of cakes on arrival! "

"Hadn't realised no onsite parking and had to move the car away from the house so was a bit of a pain with the other vehicles who parked to go walking , lovely little cottage a bit tired in areas but was a perfect getaway spot for some much needed r and r ,there was wifi so we we're able to use our own apps on our telephones to use the tv . The area is absolutely beautiful and the Chapel tearooms over the road was the most amazing afternoon tea I've ever tasted and highly reccomend they so like...

"Property was very clean and spacious. Well laid out for large families and groups. Games room/garage was perfect for entertaining kids. Great access for Snowdome and Birmingham, Cadbury’s world etc. Communication from Darran was very quick and professional. Great example property that we’d happily book again - thank you. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Very good location. Ideal for family gatherings. Lovely to have the addition of a stair gates, high chairs and cots. A perfect kitchen and dining area for us all to eat and gather.Great to have lots of parking as well.Would make it just perfect to have a tumble dryer or some more clothes horses at least as was a struggle to dry clothes. "Fantastic little cottage and the attention to details was great!!! The owners supplied milk, coffee, tea and chocolate chip muffins which were very much welcomed after a long drive. Location was brilliant and very close to Alton Towers (5 mins drive) and the suggested walks around the area were very relaxing. All in all we had a fantastic and relaxing time staying in this cottage. Definitely will be back and recommend to family and friends."
