"Pros: Lovely staff, very kind and poligt and would do anything to help. If you are visiting to do the whale tour, it’s the best location! Terrace is lovely, directly to the beach. Negatives: I found a long woman hair on my pillow as soon as I checked in. The frogs barking at night wouldn’t allow us to sleep. The door has a glass towards the hallway, and the hallway has the lights on = The room was full of light at night. The hotel pictures do not represent the reality of the hotel....

"We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. However, we were disappointed by the security deposit, as this additional fee was not clearly disclosed on the site. We only found out about it afterward when we check-in, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially since we were traveling cashless and relying only on cards and online payments. It would be better if the security deposit (in cash) were clearly stated in the listing beforehand so guests can be properly informed and prepared."

"Wonderful stay! The bungalows are comfortable, the food is great, the personnel really couldn’t be any nicer, and the hotel is on the frontline of the sea within a short walk to the whale shark watching centre. The staff are amazing! "

"We love it there and we will come back for sure, Very convenient to & from the airport, SM mall, and different places, we will come back 100%, thank you to all the helpful staff😊"

"Disappointing stay. The room was not as clean as expected and lacked basic amenities such as a mirror and chair. The bathroom was also very small, with a small sink and mirror, making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the room and facilities could use significant improvement. Dining room for breakfast  is full of mosquitoes"

"Charles Rahim loves Antonio's Hotel in Sorsogon because the Colonial Style is very good and I hope they don't modernise it."

"There are bot wifi and tv but there is no sevice. We are connected to wifi but no internet there is a tv doesn't have signal toilet seat is broken."

"Great staff and entire property is clean. "

"I booked 4 nights, but I end up transferring on my third and fourth night. There is no water from morning up to afternoon for two days.We cannot take a bath and wash our dishes. The host and the staff did not even bother to tell us about it not until we asked. I did not even get a refund."
