"My family stayed at this flat for 9 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the place. It was a very central location in the city that made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The house has great security with a guard on duty 24/7. The family living in the bottom portion is very nice and hospitable. "Overall we had a great stay. The property was modern clean and spacious. No issues inside the home whatsoever. It was secure and the house manager staying on the 4th floor was helpful if we needed anything but also honored our desire for privacy. The area is great with markets and nice restaurants within walking distance. Beach is also very close. "The property owner, manager was really responsive and nice and accommodated us very well. The area is very nice, safe and honme has a very homely feeling, I would defiantly go there again. We stayed at the given location for two hours but neither the call was picked up nor the street had the property that we booked. It appeared to us as a scam by Expedia. "Despite informing the hotel that we would arrive at 2am, upon our arrival, we were told that our reservation could not be found. We provided proof of our booking through hotels.com, including the confirmation email, but were informed that the hotel was fully booked and no solution was offered. We argued for two hours, but the staff insisted they could not assist us. We suspected the hotel had overbooked on purpose, and this was confirmed at 3:30am when a guest checked out. Five minutes later, the hotel staff informed us that our reservation had been found and that it would take 30 minutes to prepare our room. This clearly indicates that the hotel operates with an overbooking policy, which is unacceptable."
