"This is a rental apartment. When you arrive , you call the manager to come to the ground floor to take you to your room. You are given one card key. "First of all the address listed was incorrect. The "hotel" was actually a block away from there. We booked two rooms and called because our flight was delayed and we would be arriving the next day at 5am. When we were there we called the number provided and no answer. We waited for over 3 hours out in the curb with children in a foreign country. We finally received an answer from the owner. He came to get us and we had to walk to where the actual "hotel" was.
