"Our family stayed two nights while visiting Bristol for the NHRA races and found the location peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed, but we ate out for our meals. The property does have WiFi and streaming services which was nice. The deck and screened in porch is lovely as well. The house is older but well maintained. "

"My husband is disabled and we don't get to get out much this little cabin was just what we needed we sat outside on the porch early morning watching the dark turn into light the sound of the water trees whistling in the wind the Canadian geese were beautiful cabin was so clean and nicely kept and the host was prompt with everything we needed I definitely found our favorite place thanks for making our 29th anniversary a memorable trip "

"For some one that is in recovery from triple by pass there are no railings for the steps,I had to use my family to get up the stairs. "Lovely peaceful setting on the river, quiet country setting. Access to surrounding towns was easy and I appreciated the list of businesses you provided. The views from the balconies were great as well. Managing the stairs with luggage was a bit challenging. Would be nice if owners could build out a bit of a landing zone at door height for luggage to sit on while you open the door. "We came to Bristol for a show at the Hard Rock. The property is several miles away but we were able to uber without difficulty. The property owners were on top of everything. We didn’t have trash bags or an iron and within an hour both were being delivered. There were 4 couples and we usually stay in rentals with a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. "We needed somewhere to unwind that we could also take our three fur babies. Couldn't have asked for a better escape! The sunrises, the sunsets, The horses right out the window. Just enough modern convenience blended in to an 1880's escape. Our fur babies loved the walks of the gravel driveway every morning and night. The horses would come over to greet us. Cuddling up to a warm fire was just the perfect touch to end each day. We plan to come back!"
