"This is my go to rental for visits to the Albany area. Good food nearby and easy to walk to. Safe part of town, never felt concerned about my vehicle. Parking kind of sucks as it's busy during the day but I didn't mind parking across the street. Chris is a very considerate host, great communication and super helpful. I would recommend any of his listings."

"1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. "Being a dog friendly home, you would never know that animals were in that house. It was extremely clean and very easy to find. The host is fantastic. I forgot my earnings on the nightstand and she very responsive and mailed them to me. 10/10 the perfect distance from the race track too! "

"I booked the “3 Bears Cabin” 3 months in advance of the Belmont Stakes @ Saratoga. We arrived very late at night due to weather & airline delays and drove in on a dark rainy night. We had good directions as well as a special code to get in. The cabin looked exactly as it had in the photos on line and was immaculately clean and in perfect condition. "This was the perfect place for us to stay. My mom lives in the neighborhood and it made it easy for us to visit with her and our other family members. "Christi and Joe's place was just what we needed for family with a racing aficionado and swimmers. Grandkids, daughter and son-in-law especially enjoyed the indoor pool. Fully-equipped kitchen made cooking for our two celiac members and vegans easy. Christi and Joe thoroughly prepared us for our stay and were communicative and responsive when AC problems arose. Glad they welcomed our family and dogs into their home. We had a great time. Thank you Christi and Joe!"

"The space is perfect for large groups, we had 13 people. The top floor was the best place to hang which allowed people to be able to peel off and have some time to themselves when they needed. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to downtown, check out Lucy’s Bar and The Misfit. Tim was an excellent host and ensured we had everything we needed, would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun girls trip! "

"My friends and I had the best time at the luxury downtown penthouse. It was a short walk to Broadway and Caroline street. The penthouse had so much room and it was very easy to reach the Vrbo owners if we did have any issues. It was very easy to check out and we had ample parking for my friends and I. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be staying here again if it’s available next time we visit Saratoga Springs! "
