"My husband and 3 kids were traveling for a full family trip. To shorten our drive for the kids, we booked this place and missy had all details ready to go on check in day! The hot tub was perfect for my kids and the fire pit was perfect for my husband and I! Missy’s cozy house really allowed my family to wind down before the next long drive. Thank you very much for the fond memories my family made:) "

"The host was very communicative. The home was clean and everything was exactly as advertised. We are grateful for the lovely home that allowed us to bring our dog to a family wedding. "

"Rose Cottage was perfect and a delightful place to stay with dogs. The house had everything we needed and was so organized and welcoming that we were quick to feel at home. Jessie was so kind when we met. The fire pit and axe throwing down by the creek was so refreshing and the dogs were wild about running about in the huge fenced in section of the yard. We also enjoyed the deck. We're eager to come back when visiting our family and hometown again soon. "

"Our stay at the four bedroom log cabin was wonderful. We were in town for my son’s graduation from VT and this house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was great and well stocked, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice! Loved the large outdoor deck with a huge wrap around couch. We enjoyed eating dinner outside on the deck! "The house is beautiful. With four bedrooms on the main floor, it was convenient for our physically challenged family members. The entertainment system was phenomenal, we loved the downstairs rec area, and the views from the back deck were amazing. We only had two issues during our five day stay. One was that the propane tanks were empty but the owner resolved that right away. The second was a rude neighbor who yelled at us when docking the boat saying we were going too fast. "We were renovating and needed a place to stay close by. This property met all of our needs."

"Easy access to shopping and grocery store. Comfortable surroundings. Beautiful nature and lots of birdsong. The chickens free ranging on the property is a plus. Love it! Highly recommend for small group of adults and maybe school age children. We were three adults. The bunk bed is a bit tricky on the top bunk for an adult. The queen bed is very comfortable."

"This place was great for our needs! It had three separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, making it ideal for a group or family. Access was generally easy, though it may be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs. The front door was a bit tricky—it required a firm push to open. There was a slight cat odor, possibly from a previous guest, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, these were minor issues and didn’t take away from the experience. I would definitely stay here...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Extremely clean, perfect location, Loved the fire pit! We ate at the new place 3miles down the road called Hanging Rock Tavern, highly suggest them! And hiked McAfee Knob, which every single step was worth the view at the top. Would absolutely stay again"
