"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "This place was great. So cute, very clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was great and amenities were very helpful and thoughtful. I plan to stay here again in the future."

"3世代家族で２日間の宿泊でした。 予約時の対応は最悪でした。車のサイズを確認したところ『そのサイズは停車不可です。キャンセルならそちらからどうぞ』とのメッセージが届きました。そんな事を言われたのは初めてでしたのでびっくりしました。 結局車のサイズを小さくして向かいましたがキャンピングカーも停まっててこれ又びっくりでした。確かに駐車場は狭いですが部屋によっては停められる場所もありました。そこは予約時に表示してほしいです。 部屋自体は満足で高齢者も満足しています。 生活する大体のものは揃っていてほぼ手ぶらで泊まれます。タオル大小も洗濯洗剤もアメニティもありました。キッチンも炊飯器、トースター以外は大体 "

"OUTDATED HOTEL. The facilities are outdated and not clean enough. We arrived at 7:50am and left the luggage to go around the city since checkin was at 3pm. However, my wife is pregnant and was feeling extremely unwell and went back to the hotel at noon. They had our room ready but wouldnt give it to us without paying 50% extra (mind that it was only 3 hours before check in time and they did not clean the room twice). Had to pay since she was feeling so unwell. Poor treatment and understanding from the hotel staff. Do not recommend staying here. There are plenty of more modern hotels in the city to choose from."
