"The lobby is big and expansive, breakfast buffet is worth it. The rooms are large however you can tell that they are old. The carpet is well worn. Room is clean but with the old carpet it doesn't feel as clean. Well situated near The Podium and Megamall. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The gym is great!"

"Great employees and amazing view"

"The staff was great and I really we enjoyed our time here"

"Michael and Bon they both amazing"

"Quizás no tuve mucha suerte y me dieron una habitación sin vistas, lo que incrementaba la sensación de cerrado. El minibar hacia mucho ruido y tuve que apagarlo para poder dormir. La habitación es pequeña pero el baño bastante grande en comparación. La piscina es outdoor, pero creo que necesita una reforma, especialmente el jacuzzi. El agua estaba fría para ser Julio. "not a good experience"

"Fabulosa!!, excelente ubicación a 350 metros del Mega Mall, personal de recepción y restaurantes muy atentos y amables, de volver a Manila seguro regrezo a este hotel."

"Relaxing"

"excellent hotel. The only issue was that they could not exchange currency because they did not have licence. Other matter to be improved is that the minibar was empty. But excellent room, nice restaurant, modern look and good location. I will defenetely go back."

"Things are generally clean except that I found a small dead cockroach under the percolator. Also, there’s a rather discomforting smell inside the room as soon as I got in. Same smell as in the restaurant on the 6th floor. Overall, I think my stay is worth the value I paid for."

"Clean facility with cheerful and approachable staff! Breakfast was great."

"Habitaciones estrechas y sin guarda ropa"

"We had a wonderful stay at Pandora's Nest! The complimentary amenities were a lovely touch - eggs, rice, water, snacks, and chocolate for the kids made us feel right at home. Everything was easily accessible, and I enjoyed my morning coffee without having to step out. The instant coffee and water boiler kettle were great perks. Communication with the host was excellent, and they even helped us find a parking spot for a minimal fee and hooked us up easily with WIFI! We explored the area and...

"Staff on duty was not helpful. Booked a two bedroom suite but staff insisted it was only for good for 1 person (which maybe a booking error by Expedia). She won’t listen to explanation. My companion was asked for an ID and had to leave shortly."
