"Kamala was the best host we've ever had on any vacation. She was so sweet and had so many stories. We even had her over for dinner one night. The power went out after a tree fell in the middle of the night and she was up at 3am to call it in immediately, then came over first thing in the morning to get the wifi back up and running. The trails on the 27 acres are just as awesome as anywhere in the hoh rainforest and they're all literally in the back yard and very clearly marked so it's hard to...

"Appreciated having the kitchen. So enjoyed the chanterelles and smoked salmon we purchased in the “Jam Shack.” Delicious!The location was great for visits to Ruby Beach and the Hoh Rain Forest. Loved Diane’s creativity in her work on the chalet—up cycled materials used including the mosaic tile work in the bathroom & the fabulous wood stove made from water main pipe. The chalet was indeed cozy—thank you Diane. Quintessential PNW stay"

"The outside of the house, along with the carport and garage, looked a bit plain, but the inside was gorgeous. "We stayed in the trapper cabin for an anniversary trip! It was wonderful, and very scenic! We balanced going to the twilight festival for the 20th anniversary of the book release, with doing small trips to other places in Olympic national park! The cabin was a nice base camp of sorts to do all of those things!Our stay was worth every penny, and I highly recommend Mossquatch Resort "
