"Tutto perfetto:) accoglienza e gentilezza "

"This lodge isn't near the safari area, it's about a 45min drive to get there. The rooms are nice but lacking services, such as no hot water for half the time, smelly towels, not enough towels, etc. The food is good but it's buffet style. "

"Es perfecto para ir de safari. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, personal amable, buenas elecciones de comida. "

"We arrived late in the evening and were delighted to see that the staff waited for us. The place is lovely, as are the accommodations. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Victor in the restaurant was absolutely excellent!!"

"When we arrived they informed us that they did not have the rooms that I had reserved so they took us to another cheaper, not as nice hotel with no hot water. We paid more for our rooms which we did NOT get than the rooms cost at the new hotel. And did not get a refund. "

"One of the best hotels in Lira. The Manager Sarah Odur provided outstanding customer service. The restaurant was ok but could stand some improvement."

"Staff helpful early breakfast on last day. Room spacious. Good good bed. Shower nice except one day when little water. Secure place. Parking. Weaver birds nesting above the little cottage where my room was. They did not seem to be expecting us but sorted out so all well. Breakfast good and i ate al a carte in the evening and food ok. Arua is distant so good to be able to find a reasonable hotel to stay which met our needs. It is quite expensive for the best rooms"

"スタッフが様々な旅の要望に、親身に対応してくれた。周辺はのどかで、平穏な雰囲気だった。 水回りをちょうど新しくしたタイミングだったようで非常に快適だった。"

"Excellent staff service ready to go the extra mile. "

"Rooms clean and well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful. A comfortable stay as a family. Thank you."
