"I booked two family rooms for our stay, but the overall experience did not match the price. One of our rooms did not have a phone to order room service, and we were provided with insufficient towels and no face towels. Having visited several other countries, I have received much better service and amenities for this exact same price point. The cost simply does not match the level of room amenities provided. "Everything is great, but there are no places nearby to buy things, so please prepare what you need in advance."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Pyramid Hotel and Resort. The views are stunning, staff are exceptional and gracious. Massage is included in the stay which was lovely as well as a buffet breakfast. I removed one star as there was only hot water for shower one out of four nights."

"The staff is friendly. The pool was very dirty. And the room had coackroaches."

"The staff all very professional, courteous and friendly, always willing to go extra towards guests and very helpful with smile I have enjoyed and appreciate very much the variety of food available for breakfast"

"Paid for an executive room and was given a standard room."

"We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The gardens are large, lots if flowers, large trees, birds, and monkeys. The facilities need some maintenance and the trash should be picked up from the gardens. A great value and a nice refuge from Addis. Horses were fun and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant had good food."

"The can't even check the reservation on expedia. DO NOT BOOK HERE. They don't even help you. And good luck going to the expedia support. They can't contact the property aswell. Absolute Crooks."

"Wonderful staff and they accommodated my vegan menu."
