"Utilicé el servicio de lavandería y me intentaron cargar por prendas que no había, ademas de cambiar el nombre de algunas de ellas. El chico de recepción fue muy poco colaborador cuando fui a quejarme y mantuvimos una discusión. Al día siguiente sus compañeras de por la mañana me solucionaron en problema."

"also surprised I couldn't get any help from the front desk to find tours or tourist attractions Staff at the restaur at were very nice .Hotel needs a revamp"

"Habitación grande y espaciosa, selección de almohadas, cama cómoda, muy bien situado. Un auténtico 5 estrellas "

"Muy amables"

"A friend and I stayed in a twin share room for one night while in the city to attend a concert. We found the room basic but comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. Location is great with a nice bar/lounge, and Indian restaurant. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and the food was nice. There was a gym and pool which we didn't use but they looked good. The only down side was no onsite parking so had to leave the car in a nearby CPP carpark which cost $35. I would recommend it as a...

"I enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the room and the amenities were useful. The balcony had an amazing view but can sometimes be a bit loud if room is near the main road, however this wasn’t an issue at night when sleeping."

"Me trataron como si estuviera en casa"

"One of the most derelict hotel rooms I have seen in a very long time. Rubbish in the hallways, self check-in…etc. Not the kind of hotel you expect paying almost 200€ per night. Hard to believe the good rating it has. Extremely overpriced for you get. "

"Fantastic hotel. We stayed in the historic garde cottages which have been beautifully & sympathetically restored. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus. The speakeasy bar Gimlet with complementary daily drink is a perfect spot for a relaxing pre or post dinner drink."

"Muy buenas condiciones del Hotel, habitación amplia y muy bien ubicado"

"Céntrico, el gym es muy limitado "

"Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

"Good location with easy free bus access to the city. We didn't like the emphasis on punishments if we did something wrong. Felt chastised for nothing. I suppose they have a history of people doing damage."

"Beautiful property and views but food and beverage venues are lacking as is the customer service throughout the hotel."
