"Great stay for the weekend. Our room was clean and very comfortable. There is no bath tub, only a step-in shower, which must have just recently been updated because the trim was not finished on the floor. The shower curtain or rod seemed too high because the curtain would not stay in the step-in shower, which left water all over the floor and in the groove where the trim was missing. "The lean to and surrounding property looked fantastic on the listing, but it was even better than we anticipated. This place had everything we needed to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We stayed for five days and it went by too fast. We hope to come back again."

High ceiling makes it feel roomy even though it is small, and ingenious layout has separate spaces for everything, which is nice if you want to rise early to see sunrise but your partner wants to sleep in. "Beautiful and very comfortable one bedroom with private hot tub and dock. Bobby was kindly accommodating of an early check in and very helpful with acclimating us to the suite. You can easily walk to Main Street in Saranac and it's the perfect location for day trips to Placid and Whiteface. We would happily return to the Birch Suite!"
