"Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great!"

I believe the Vrbo app drops the pin across the road from the actual house, but the hosts were easy to contact and help us find it. We would honestly love to come back and stay again."

"If we had paid $150-200 per night for this tiny house, I might not say anything. But for $440 per night, there is a huge disconnect between price and value. At that price point, I would expect to be a lot more comfortable than we were. The bed is a tiny double mattress. The water smells like sewage, no bottled water was offered, and there is nowhere nearby to buy water, so we were very thirsty. Bathroom tile was mildewy, toilet was not fully cleaned and the bathroom floor was constantly...

"My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful modern countryside apartment while watching our grandson play baseball at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. The space was exceptionally clean, the queen mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the setting was quiet and private-yet it still offered all the comforts of home.
