"Our room above the barn was perfect, clean, comfy, and included everything we needed for our four-night stay. It has a large window with a view East where I sat with my wife and a cup of coffee and watched the sun rise. "A wonderful place to relax and stay. Everything is decorated in a very impressive farm style. Barbara was very helpful, including telling the story of how the farm was created and showing everything, including the animals. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. "This was the perfect getaway for me. Barb and Barbs farm is beautiful! The apartment was cozy and clean. It was an added bonus getting the farm tour with the goats and an extra added bonus being greeted by kitty cats. I would definitely stay here again! "

"The cabin offered a lot of privacy and was very clean. It was great having a washer and dryer available, full kitchen and plenty of sleeping space for our family. Our kids really enjoyed the hot tub and playing in the yard. It was nice having the covered deck for lounging and reading while our kids played. Tammy was very responsive to messages. "Perfect little secluded getaway spot. My wife and I were looking for a relaxing weekend with our dog, and that is exactly what we got. Greg and Ann were gracious hosts and we loved our stay. We’ll certainly be back again!"

"The property was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. There is a cozy fire pit out back with chairs and wood and all needed supplies. All in all this was one of the best stays I've experienced. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet getaway! "

"The hotel was clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was good. The king one bedroom bed was very firm and the mattress on the sofa sleeper could use up grading. The pool was cold so didn’t use it but enjoyed the hot tub. "

"What I want most from a hotel is a clean and quiet place to stay. This met both those criteria. And..you could easily walk to the Corning museum! It was interesting to be awaken by the Corning workers time blasts, a remnant of when these sound blasts would tell workers to get up and get going to work. We had a view of the river and the other side of town. A hour out to dining at The Cellar across the river (also walkable from the hotel). "
