"We stayed in this cute house for a girls overnight after attending a concert at the Chautauqua Institute. The house was clean and so comfortable in a pretty country setting. Sadie was great at answering our questions and we had such a nice time. Thank you for hosting us!"

"We had a great time staying here for my wife’s birthday. Tons of space: huge main room with 3 fold down futons, one bedroom with a bed and a second bedroom with an additional 2 beds. Wrap around porch with picnic table is nice. Really nice covered outdoor fire area with a grill and a ton of fire wood. Barn has tons of space. "

"When I arrived at the Butler House, the owner (MK) informed me that it was actually closed for renovations. Expedia had been repeatedly informed of this but continued, nonetheless, to book reservations for guests! MK was very apologetic and offered me accommodation in the camper beside the house. "We stayed in this house for two months while we were doing a kitchen renovation, The only reason we stayed is because we had no other options this time of year for a rental that would take pets. We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house.
