"This room combined the best of a hotel and family home; the fit out was modern and stylish, the bed was comfortable with lovely linen and the bathroom was roomy, attractive and clean. All comforts were provided and there was plenty of wardrobe and storage space for a 5 day stay. The host was friendly, communicative and thoughtful but also didn't crowd us. "Very clean and nice rooms. We never received the bottle of wine that was supposed to be offered as a VIP benefit, but there were fresh apples instead. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were lovely. The bathroom was fresh and nothing was missing, except for toilet paper refills. It’s unbelievable how all hotels tend to be stingy with this. The towels were very small, but we received new ones every day. The staff is fantastic and provides great service. Very nice bar!"

"Utilicé el servicio de lavandería y me intentaron cargar por prendas que no había, ademas de cambiar el nombre de algunas de ellas. El chico de recepción fue muy poco colaborador cuando fui a quejarme y mantuvimos una discusión. Al día siguiente sus compañeras de por la mañana me solucionaron en problema."

"Good location with easy free bus access to the city. We didn't like the emphasis on punishments if we did something wrong. Felt chastised for nothing. I suppose they have a history of people doing damage."
