"We were so pleased with the private drive access leading to the beautiful home. This property had so much room, all the amenities you could ask for, peace and quiet. We loved that it was pet friendly also. The host was very nice and responded to all inquiries quickly. I’ll be back!!"

"Was a good location nothing over fancy."

"The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches "

"This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit. They have a great selection of DVD,s and games, even though we didn’t have the time to use them. We would...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great place to come back to and unwind after visiting the wine trail event. The property was very well maintained and comfortable. I even slept well, and rarely do that when not in my own bed. A Great place to stay and had everything we needed. "

"The home is just as pictured with easy access to Seneca Lake (literally steps from the front door), a shady side yard and a beautifully maintained dock. There is a portable A/C unit for the first floor (which includes the bunk room) and window units in each of the upstairs bedrooms. There were several fans also provided. Penn Yan is about 15 minutes away with some adorable shopping, along with a great coffee shop and bakery. And of course there are an abundance of nearby wineries.A few tips to...

"We LOVED our stay! The house was beautiful, clean and tidy! The host provided essentials at the house which we really appreciated. There were ample towels and they were excellent quality. The spaces were just beautiful and worked so well for our group get together. Thank you so very much!"

"Clean, great kitchen, view was nice, lots to do and lots of room"

"My sister and I had a great stay. The house is freshly remodeled with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was nicely appointed with basic supplies and condiments. Location was great for us to be able to hit our favorite wineries. Owner very responsive and provided an excellent notebook with instructions and local suggestions. Location is close to railroad tracks as pictured. We were not bothered by the one train that passed during our stay."
