"ボディソープが無く依頼しましたが、結局補充されませんでした。またルームサービスでビールを頼みましたが、1時間も連絡がなく結果催促いたしました。 そのほかは部屋も綺麗で、過ごしやすかったです！"

"Roca Golf hotel is in a lovely location but it is poor value for money. Perhaps they rely too much on people being close to the golf course. Anyway, the pool water is too opaque and I could not swim in it, but I chose Roca because of its pool and location. The young men called their master and he denied I booked an apartment there. The boys have no smart phone so my taxi driver took a picture of my documents to...

"Property looks nice from outside but the inside is not properly cared for. The curtains are misplaced. They are dusty. The bathroom is not fixed. The showers are not fixed. The dinner was terrible. I was served half rotten chicken and i still paid for it. "
