"Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea. Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable, How there was a few stains on the carpet. Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell. "

"Water was only warm not hot so beautiful bath tub couldn't be used. Wifi wasnt working the first day and a half The qr code to scan for info didnt work and came up with an error. Hot tub chemicals way to strong and ruined partners bikini. Location was amazing and property was very clean."

The rooms and areas were a bit tired looking and worn, for example the towels were scraggy, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy, but the hotel staff in all areas from reception to the spa and the bistro were extremely friendly and professional. "Ya nos pareció extraño que 1 hora antes del check in nos llamaran para preguntar si confirmabamos la reserva cuando la habitación ya estaba pagada desde hacía meses, cuando reservamos. Llegamos y no nos dieron la habitación reservada, un estudio con cocina. Explicación que solo se la daban a estudiantes. Si es así ¿ por qué aparece para reservar?
