"Stayed here for 3 nights. I honestly can't say anything too bad about Malin house hotel. The room was clean,tidy and smelt fresh. The furnishings are fairly basic but everything you need is there including a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The shower room /toilet was clean and fresh. My only disappointment was that the matress on the bed was a little worn and springy. Also the grounds outside are beginning to look a little tired and could do with cleaning up and referbishing a bit....

"Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

"Fantastic location right on the Esplanade and there was plenty of for parking behind & in front of the hotel. You can see that there has been alot of work/money put into this property. There are loving public areas with large velvet couches to enjoy reading a book etc. The restaurant was large with a good menu. "The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. "Read the reviews and was slightly put off. But having spent the whole weekend at the hotel, my mind was changed. Staff were very helpful with all questions and information needed. Grounds and views are lovely. Used the spa and pool and enjoyed every minute. Check in and out was very easy, food was amazing (especially the lamb). Will definitely be back to visit in the next few weeks. Only thing I would ask if bottles of water could be put in the annex room, as im very fussy and refuse to drink...

"It was a great location on the Esplanade. Entry was self-service check-in. The booking stated ocen views and breakfast included. The breakfast was great but we were advised that breakfast was not included as though there was a dispute with Expedia and the room had an ocean glimpse."

"Nice stay at this cosy hotel. Good location & great parking - situated nicely between Saundersfoot & Tenby. Friendly staff, nice brekkie & recommended if you are visiting the area & don’t want to be in the middle of it all but still easily accessible if you want to go into either place. Very nice!"
