"The house is in a beautiful spot, looking out over a verdant manicured lawn sloping down to the jungle and then ultimately out to the ocean far below. Monkeys visit the property daily. It is up a long single track road that climbs up the mountain above the Golden Rock hotel. The house itself has a big wide wrap-around porch, and open doors that let the breeze through. "What a change of scenery this was compared to living in a city! Now that I'm back home, I miss the sounds of nature from this place. At first, the sounds of the insects, goats and chickens was kind of a shock to my system. I had a hard time sleeping for the first night or two. But I totally got used to it, and now I miss it. "Stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront unit. Wonderful balconey and view. Unit was clean and spacious. Not much cookware available but we did not cook while there. Was able to get prime and netflix to work but had trouble getting regular service. Enjoyed our stay."

"This property is second to none. It is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places we have ever stayed. Very private and you practically have the beach to yourself.
