"El hotel está bien ubicado pero las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas. Me entraba olor a cigarrillo en la noche por la ventilación del baño y en la recepción no hicieron nada al respecto. El hotel está en remodelación. El desayuno es monótono y pocas opciones para variar No volvería "

"The property is unique to its era and old fashioned which in my opinion suits the IOM and i find charming.The rooms are comfortable but no daily servicing of the room, meaning I had to ask for toilet rolls and clean towels during my 4 day stay. It's location is excellent for transport for visiting the beautiful island. The staff are very pleasant , friendly and helpful.Breakfast had plenty of choice and was very good.I thought an ordinary restaurant rather than a loud pub and Asian food ...

"There were signs of wear and tear within the building, the room with a sea view was ideally situated .there was some noise from traffic. Compared to other stays in Douglas, this hotel was very good."

"Beautiful grounds , lovely setting , little bit out of Douglas but everything was easily accessible , you do need a car! Staff are super and the hotel is sparkling clean . Food in the Bar/Lounge was first class ( not cheap ) service was very good . Brilliant Breakfast Buffet …nice views from the table . Would highly recommend this hotel ."

"Very clean and comfortable stay. Had a beautiful sea view from my room right on Douglas bay promenade. Breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and service. Pub next door was convenient and also served food. Easy access to horse carriage and electric railway for tourist activities and sites. Bicycle friendly with a locked garage."

"We had a side sea view room, clean and well maintained. Great room. Breakfasts good with top class ingredients. We ate once for the evening meal. The food was pricey and quality was poor. Overall a really good hotel with great staff and exceptionally clean."

"I honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough, the rooms were absolutely spotless, the breakfasts were amazing and the staff. Well every single member of staff were pleasant, polite, courteous and helpful. The aircon was heaven sent in the heatwave, I had amazing sleep every night yet my brother in law in a budget hotel was tormented with heat. I will without a doubt stay there again and wont even contemplate looking at other hotels."

"I received a warm welcome at reception and was able to store my bag until it was time to check-in, later in the day. My room had a sea view and was clean, tidy and contained everything I required during my visit. I'd happily stay here again on any future visits to the Isle of Man."
