"Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint."

"This is a great location for Baton Rouge, within 5 miles of everything BR has to offer. I was there for a bowling tournament and was just a short dash to downtown. While I was there, I wanted to visit the LSU campus, and was within 5 miles of there. If you needed to make a quick trip to a Wal-mart, one just a mile down the road. As for the townhouse, very clean and quaint. Only downside for me was the winding staircase to upstairs, mainly because of bad knees, but overall not that huge of a...

"Place was perfect for our family getaway. I didn’t realize there wasn’t an entrance that didn’t involve stairs but I probably missed it somewhere in the listing- so just a heads up. "We enjoyed our stay. Clean and inviting. We were visited by nice neighbors including a couple of birds and a mink. Air Conditioner wasn’t cooling when we arrived, but a service tech came out quickly and fixed the issue. Hosts were quick to help and also followed up the next morning. We recommend staying here. "
