"We absolutely loved this little historic cottage, we felt right at home and very safe. The beds were amazingly soft and very very comfortable. All the linens, down to the kitchen accessories, and including the bathroom toiletries were top notch. It was so refreshing to stay at an amazing property like this - than being stuck and confined to a hotel room during our stay in Baton Rouge. Thank you so much Ashely for your great hospitality!! "Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint."

"This is a great location for Baton Rouge, within 5 miles of everything BR has to offer. I was there for a bowling tournament and was just a short dash to downtown. While I was there, I wanted to visit the LSU campus, and was within 5 miles of there. If you needed to make a quick trip to a Wal-mart, one just a mile down the road. "The house was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Check in was easy and he allowed us to check in a little early. The location was less than 15 minutes away from the hospital we were going to for my mom's surgery. I would definitely book this house again."

"The location of the property was perfect. It was less than 5 minutes from the LSU campus and maybe 15 to 20 minutes from everything else. The neighborhood and house were very clean. My host communicated very well and was not intrusive. Loved the place and would love to stay again if available. "

"This condo was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the sun at the pool. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves on the Fourth of July. We enjoyed cooking all of meals in kitchen. Overall it was a great weekend. "
