"This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again."

"The carbon monoxide and smoke detector info kept an alarm beeping constantly. We asked to have it checked in the morning. There was no response until the evening. By then we got separate hotel arrangements. There was no follow up to us that service had been done. We checked the next day. The alarm kept beeping because the smoke alarm was removed. We had given up by then. This experience resulted in the cost of additional accommodations."

"Enjoyed our stay! I liked that there was an alarm. We came in late at night, the area looked a little sketchy at night, had a better view in the daytime, all was good. The location is close to all the stores you could possibly need. The water pressure was less than stellar, especially if you have thick curly hair, lol. The beds were comfortable, but some of the sheets had stains. Over all a pleasant stay, I would stay again. Thank you!!"

If I had to guess, the photos were taken right after renovations were complete and several parties have been had since then. "The host was very responsive during booking and upon arrival. I had an issue with A/C and he addressed it quickly. However…..There are a bunch of little things that detract from the experience of the stay:* No chest of drawers. * Scuffed walls and baseboards that need paint * A VERY RUSTY shower curtain (C’monnnnn…!)* Used dry cleaner hangars* Towels that have seen better days* A COMPLETELY FILTHY mattress cover!I think all this can be achieved for /- 500.
