"Loved the facilities at this hotel and the onsite bar was pretty decent quality. Check in experience could be improved as despite 3 staff on the desk, self check-in was preferred and the free parking option we purchased was not clear how to redeem."

"The room was okay, but unfortunately there were stains on the walls and the toilet was hanging off the wall. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, which was definitely a positive."
