El alojamiento está en una zona muy tranquila, y a nuestro parecer en una de las mejores zonas de Guadalupe, al lado de Plage de la Perle, siendo una playa espectacular. El mobiliario es algo antiguo, pero está cuidado. Limpieza semanal de la habitación por parte del hotel aunque tienes utensilios de limpieza si lo necesitas.
