"We stayed in the sky villa. Expedia promised highest floor when booking but was given mid level instead. Room is neat but not all featured room facilities are functioning. Steam room wasn’t functioning as it should and has a smell. Pte Pool is generally ok with some dead bugs. Shower gel bottle in the bath room is empty. We made our request at the front desk on check in day and the next day again requested to the house keeper when we go for our lunch when we met the house keeping team outside...

"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "

However notwithstanding, service & foods generally good. Hotel food for short stays of 1-2 nights.
